Over the last 10 years I have managed a wide variety of digital projects for some of the best known brands in the world - thereof five years in global business to consumer marketing and more than 3 years at agencies.
My focus lies in digital multi-channel marketing and growth strategy: customer acquisition, activation and retention. Aside from that I have a very good understanding of branding and user journeys.
I am an advocate of user centered thinking and I use multiple channels and methods to create sustainable relationships with customers: social media, email, SEO/ASO, VSEO, SEM/PPC advertising, iterative testing and optimization, co-marketing, incfluencer relations and innovative growth tactics. Occasionally, I give lectures at universities and congresses.
